EAGLE A-III PACK LARGE AIRBORNE
Was: $279.95 Now: $249.95
The new A-III-P-AB-L, Airborne Model, is designed for the operations that you cannot talk about; you just grin when the subject comes up. By design, there are a lot of features, but this is a "user friendly" environment. The main cargo compartment is expanded, and organized for your hydration, communication, and duration needs. Features include ample closed cell foam padding, larger drain holes that keep the load bearable, inside load securing straps, and this is just in the main compartment. There is a night ID feature, compression loops, tie downs, extra ALICE attachment points, outside pockets for pop flares, antennas, radios, or misc. items, a place to attach an extra compression sack to the bottom, and you can order the optional accessory packs for the sides (A-III-ACCP-L). All of this and we haven't even discussed the airborne part yet. There is an attachment point for the lowering line, lowering line sold separately (A-III-ABL-LL). The Pack to Harness" straps unfold from under the side pockets, and the shoulder straps double as leg straps so you can rig your ruck for the best part, which is jumping out of airplanes at all altitudes in all kinds of weather, and just as late at night as you want to. The boss wanted to call it a "truck ruck" but we talked him out of it. The dimensions of the body and pockets are as follows: Main Compartment: 13 1/2"W x 23 1/2"H x 9"D (2855 cubic inches) Front Bellow Pocket: 10 1/2"W x 20"H x 3 1/2"D (735 cubic inches) Upper left side pocket: 4"W x 8 1/2"H x 2"D (68 cubic inches) Lower left side pocket: 4"W x 6 1/2"H x 2"D (52 cubic inches) Right side pocket: 4"W x 15"H x 2"D (120 cubic inches)
